DIRECTIONS--Coming up Highway 108/120 from Oakdale or Merced:
Stay on 108 when 120 branches off toward Yosemite. After Jamestown on 108 take the "downtown Sonora exit." This becomes Stockton Road. Follow this for a mile or so until it ends at Washington Street. Turn right on Washington Street, go up one very short block and turn right on Church Street. Bank of Stockton is on the corner. Go up Church Street. Do not turn left on June Street. Stay to the left as you make the bend all the way to the top. At the bend, Church becomes Knowles Hill Drive. The Inn on Knowles Hill is on the left hand side at the top. Enter your gate code under the mailbox and pass through the iron gates up to the flat parking area. Follow the staircase up to the main entrance.

DIRECTIONS--Coming on Rte. 49 from Angels Camp:
Stay on 49 through Sonora. Go straight through the light at Stockton Road and make an immediate right on Church Street at the Bank of Stockton. Go up Church Street. Do not turn left on June Street. Stay to the left as you make the bend all the way to the top. At the bend, Church becomes Knowles Hill Drive. The Inn on Knowles Hill is on the left hand side at the top. Enter your gate code under the mailbox and pass through the iron gates up to the flat parking area. Follow the staircase up to the main entrance.
